Grape Varieties :           60 % Grenache, 25 % Mourvèdre, 15% Syrah.
Colour:                    Ruby red.
Grade / Vintage:                       Vin De Pays - 2010    
Viticulture :               Environment respecting approach to limit
the use of chemical products; grassing down
to minimize the useof herbicides; mechanical
harvest during the night to avoid oxidation.
Winemaking :              After destemming skin maceration during 4 hours at low temperature and filtration; pneumatic press; fermentation at 18° C during 3 weeks: 20% of the wine ferments in oak barrels (new and 1 year old), the rest in stainless steel tanks. Ageing during 3 months on the lees (85% of the wine in stainless steel tanks, 15% in oak barrels)
Bouquet:                                     Flavour of red fruits and floral aromas, rich and elegant at the palate.
Tasting Notes:                            Well balanced good body& structure with interesting complexity.
Food Matching:                         Pasta, steaks and roast beef and lamb.

Winemaking :              Picked in the strictest tradition, the
selected berries follow the usual
winemaking protocol starting with
maceration during +/-3 weeks including
regular temperature controls. We keep
the wine in vats during the ageing and it is
 bottled in our cellars.

Tasting Notes:             There is an obvious impression of balance between
 the Merlot and the Cabernet Sauvignon, stressed by
 the long development of red berries aromas. Its powerful nose contributes to its attracting personality.
Food Matching:            Bitter-sweet dishes like ginger Pork, grilled meat,lamb & chicken.
Cellaring :                 A pleasant wine to drink from now on. Serve at 16-18C.

  今日,Casetta已躍身成為意大利葡萄酒品牌的新貴,這壹切,都應當歸功於歐內斯特先生,這個視葡萄酒為靈魂的Casetta功臣,將其壹生的精力都投入到了這個高貴的事業中。現在,歐內斯特先生的兩個侄子正式接手Casetta企業,為該品牌又註入壹股新鮮活力,讓Casetta在穩重中又不失年輕的活力。多年來,Casetta家族的葡萄園流傳下來多種名貴的葡萄釀造品種,其中以內比歐露(Nebbiolo)、巴貝拉(Barbara)等紅葡萄品種和科蒂斯(Cortese)、霞多麗(Chardonnay)等白葡萄品種最為著名。
